Our team is comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistant Analysts that oversee the implementation of ABA by Registered Behavior Technicians. All of our staff undergo a comprehensive training that encompasses the use of ABA for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA, BCaBA, or FL-CBA. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services. The RBT does not design intervention or assessment plans. It is the responsibility of the RBT supervisor to determine which tasks an RBT may perform as a function of his or her training, experience, and competence. The BACB certificant supervising the RBT is responsible for the work performed by the RBT on the cases they are overseeing.

Professional Crisis Management (PCM) is a training, certification and technology based solution that helps individuals and organizations provide high quality programming, staff development, behavior management and crisis prevention and intervention.

PCM consists of the design and implementation of the safest and most effective approaches to habilitation, treatment and education for persons of all ages with a wide range of special needs.
